Job’s Daughters International

Job’s Daughters International is where young women ages 10–20 discover they’re capable of far more than they imagined. Members don’t just attend meetings: they run them, learning to lead with confidence, speak in public, manage budgets, and organize community service projects that make a real difference. The organization builds lasting friendships across the state and around the world, with opportunities for travel, scholarships and leadership competitions that look outstanding on college applications. We also have a Jobie to Bee program for girls 8 & 9 years old to learn and grow before they join Job’s Daughters. For the parents, Job’s Daughters offers a values-driven environment rooted in respect, integrity, and service, with dedicated adult volunteers who are background-checked and trained. Every Bethel (local chapter) gives girls a safe space to grow into poised, self-assured young women while having a genuinely great time doing it.
